About Me

I got into 3D printing shortly after I got my first 3D printer in December of 2018. At first, Thingiverse provided a lot of interesting files to print. Then I started to learn how to design my own projects using a program called Fusion 360. I started designing very small projects that eventually turned into more elaborate projects, my most elaborate being a custom 4" hose modular system. You can learn more about that on the first link of my STL files page. 

 

The ProjectPrints3d Etsy shop was opened on October 28 2020 with one listing and a goal to help raise funds for Water For South Sudan. Water For South Sudan is an organization that helps people in South Sudan by building wells to provide a clean sustainable drinking water source. Since then the shop has grown and in addition my plastic products on Etsy, I have begun to offer some 3D prints using metals through a company called Shapeways. Shapeways is a 3D printing company that can print in metals like stainless steel or aluminum. Shapeways helps me manufacture and ship two of my listings, the metal phone stand and the metal keychain.
